My breasts were ruined by pregnancy. Yes, the baby was undoubtedly worth it, but on the other hand, it's true that I've had a terrible complex about my breasts ever since. Before I got pregnant, I wore a size B bra, but during pregnancy my breasts grew a lot, which is why the skin on them cracked and ugly stretch marks formed on my breasts.

After I gave birth, my breasts got so big that I even had to wear a G-size bra. That in itself wouldn't have bothered me so much, but unfortunately I also gained 25 kilos more weight. Fortunately, I was able to lose weight pretty quickly, and I was soon down to an even lower weight than I was before I got pregnant. The period of pregnancy, breastfeeding, and eventually the huge weight fluctuations took a toll on the appearance of my breasts. Ever since I lost the weight, my breasts were just completely empty and loose, and I also had stretch marks and each breast was a different size.

"Unfortunately, my partner left me at the beginning of my pregnancy."

I have to admit that pregnancy was not easy for me psychologically either. At the end of the first trimester, my partner, with whom I was expecting a boy, left me. It was extremely difficult for me to cope with this situation... I was alone with my son from the beginning and I couldn't imagine that I would ever find a new partner again and could even undress in front of him. Whenever I saw my breasts, I was terribly ashamed of them, even in front of myself.

My breasts were crying out for plastic surgery, so I finally decided to contact MEDICOM Clinic. At the clinic, I was treated by a friendly and experienced doctor, Peter Ondrejka, who offered to address my breast size, shape and asymmetry. After the consultation, during which I also tried out how my breasts with implants would look after the surgery, for example in a bra or a regular T-shirt, I was really looking forward to the surgery. Fear was definitely out of the question.

"I didn't even need pain medication after the procedure."

The D-day itself was completely uneventful and when I woke up in the clinic room after the procedure, my breasts didn't particularly hurt. In fact, I only felt my back a little - that's about how tightly my breasts were bandaged to my body after the operation. But the next day the doctor removed the bandage from my breasts, the nurse helped me into a special elastic bra, and then I was allowed to go home from the clinic.

I thought that as far as the pain was concerned, it was yet to start at home, but surprisingly, I tolerated the first few days of healing so well that I didn't even need to take any pain medication. The only thing I felt a bit more was my back - after all, I had to sleep on it for a month and a half. I also had to wear a special bra without underwire for more than a month. As for my son, to keep everything calm, my grandmother looked after him for the first week. From the second week onwards, however, I was involved in his care again and within a month or so I was functioning fully again.

"Now I like not wearing a bra at all"

Today, I'm so glad I had the surgery. I enjoy choosing and wearing nice underwear, and not only that - of course, I also enjoy not wearing any bra at all... It's such an almost indescribable inner freedom. To be finally happy with my body is a huge relief and a really beautiful feeling.

Mrs. Kateřina came to us with a request for breast augmentation using silicone implants and also for solving her asymmetry, as her left breast was significantly larger than the right one. I referred the patient for breast augmentation with implants combined with breast modelling. During the procedure under general anesthesia, we performed right modeling with augmentation, left modeling with slight tissue reduction to compensate for the breast asymmetry, and augmentation as well. For breast augmentation we used round implants from a German company. The surgery was without complications, followed by a standard one-day hospitalization in the clinic. After the procedure, we fixed the client's breasts with an elastic bandage, and during the recovery period she had to wear a compression bra without underwire for at least 5 weeks and sleep on her back for one week. To help the scars on her breasts fade faster, I also recommended laser treatment at our aesthetic dermatology clinic.
