"Breast reduction, so-called reduction mammaplasty"
My breasts have been bothering me since I was a teenager. They gave me back pain and bothered me during sports. I was the envy of all girls with small, firm breasts. I dreamed of wearing a dress or top without a bra one summer. After two births, my chest got even worse. I didn't like myself with large, heavy, saggy breasts, so I decided to have a breast reduction procedure.
I was nervous before my first consultation. However, as soon as I walked into the office and the Chief Medical Officer, Michal Puls, MD, shook my hand with a smile on his face, my nervousness quickly subsided. I knew I was in the right place. Mr. Puls was very kind, helpful and explained everything to me in detail. I trusted him completely and knew I was in the best hands.
"Tired but happy"
The nervousness came back for a while before the surgery, but I guess that's part of it. I was full of anticipation about how my breasts would look after the procedure. Breast reduction and sculpting is a more demanding operation, so I lay in the operating room under general anesthesia for two to three hours.
After the procedure, I felt tired but happy. The pain was not so bad and it was manageable. I really liked the environment of the clinic. I found it very pleasant, beautiful, clean and fragrant. Everyone - from the ladies at the reception to the doctors themselves - was incredibly nice, helpful and smiling.
"Suddenly I was a different person"
The six-week recovery was completely uneventful. The chief surgeon warned me about possible pain, but I felt great after a week. I'll never forget the day the nurse took off the bandage and the chief surgeon asked me how I liked my breasts. With tears in my eyes, I replied that they were beautiful! I was incredibly happy and thanked him for his golden hands.
Suddenly I was a different person. My smaller breasts made me much slimmer. I like myself. With great gusto, I removed all the size E bras from my wardrobe and happily set about buying new, more respectable and, more importantly, smaller size B underwear. My back has also stopped hurting and I can now play sports without restrictions. And finally, what I had dreamed of has arrived. In summer I can wear a strapless top or dress without a bra.
"I'm finally happy"
The neighborhood noticed the change right away. From the very beginning, I had a lot of support from my family. Everyone was thrilled with the result and I heard nothing but praise. I myself am happy and satisfied with my body. I have beautiful small breasts that I enjoy. I feel much "lighter" and would not change anything about my body.
Therefore, to any woman or girl who is bothered by larger breasts, I would like to say: Don't be afraid and make your dream come true like I did. It's worth it and you won't regret it.

Mrs. Katerina had excessively large breasts, and after two births and breastfeeding her breasts had sagged considerably. She suffered from frequent spinal pain and sweating, and her large sagging breasts limited her not only in sports but also in everyday life and work. I recommended breast modelling surgery with volume reduction - called reduction mammaplasty. The procedure achieves a significant change in breast size and weight. Breast shape enhancement requires an incision around the areola, vertically below the areola and horizontally in the submental crease. It usually heals with a fine scar, with good care, little noticeable within a few months. This was also the case with our client: she healed quickly, felt well early in her recovery, praised the beautiful shape of her breasts, and cited the disappearance of back pain and nowadays unrestricted sports as the main benefits. We are both extremely satisfied with the healing and the effect of the procedure.
