I managed to lose 75 kilograms. However, because the weight went down too quickly and the skin did not adapt, I was left with excess skin overhangs on my body. I was able to adjust my diet and exercise, but unfortunately I did nothing about the skin. I had no choice but to undergo plastic surgery.

I thought about the procedure for a long time. I still lacked the courage. But when one day a friend at work recommended the MEDICOM Clinic, there was no doubt. I looked at the photos of their work and made up my mind. I called the clinic and a month later I had my first consultation with Dr. Pavel Horyna. And it was really excellent. Everyone I met at the clinic was very pleasant. The doctor recommended me abdominoplasty and gynecomastia in a variant suitable for me and explained how the operation would work.

I work in healthcare myself, so I was not nervous about the procedure and viewed it with optimism. I was mainly curious about the outcome. I figured everything would be better than the overhang I have now.

Of course, immediately after the procedure, I couldn't look at my abdomen or chest where the surgery was performed because of the bandages. But the first thing that went through my mind was the fact that I was not in any pain at all. According to the clock I found out that I had spent four hours in the operating room, and fell asleep right afterwards. I spent a total of two days in the clinic. The environment there is beautiful. I felt more like I was in a hotel the whole time. I spent the next two months recovering at home.

When I finally saw myself for the first time, I couldn't recognize myself. No skin, but a flat stomach. It was very unusual. The procedure exceeded all my expectations! Suddenly all my clothes were big again. As soon as I could move better, I went shopping. The new body definitely boosted my confidence. I'm not ashamed to take my shirt off anymore. I never thought I'd be this skinny. I'm perfectly happy.

Even people around me have noticed the change, even though many people didn't know I was going to have surgery. They were even more surprised. I've had nothing but positive feedback. They liked the doctor's work very much and were pleased that I had already taken this last step. Although it is not certain that I was in the operating room for the last time. I still have a lot of skin on my thighs, which is why the MEDICOM Clinic still recommended the thigh mound skin removal surgery. But for now it is still music of the future.

If any man is thinking about the same procedure, I want to tell him not to be afraid and not to be ashamed. It's definitely worth it. The procedure does not hurt at all, the scar is beautifully covered with underwear and nothing is visible. During the recovery period, you can easily get used to sleeping on your back, which was not pleasant at first. But this is a small thing in exchange for a new figure, self-confidence and life.

The client was discharged to home treatment after a two-day hospitalization and followed the recommended postoperative instructions. In the postoperative period, treatment of the more prominent scars in the breast area, which are typical for this area, was still performed. Overall, the healing was uneventful and the outcome is excellent.
