"Abdominoplasty"
In our family, larger, bulging bellies are the bane of women. My grandmother and my mother had it, and unfortunately, it didn't pass me by. After giving birth, my dissatisfaction with the appearance of my abdomen intensified. I started thinking about how to get rid of this mindset until I decided on the only permanent solution, and that is plastic surgery.
The first step was a consultation, which, as well as the subsequent procedure, I underwent at the prestigious MEDICOM Clinic. I was taken care of by Mr. Puls, who works at the Prague branch of the clinic. The doctor immediately gained my trust. In no time at all, he impressed me as a true professional who knows what he is doing. Together, we agreed on a plastic surgery of the abdomen, professionally called abdominoplasty, and if necessary to fine-tune the result, a smaller liposuction.
"Everything without complications"
Naturally, I was a little apprehensive about the surgery, but unnecessarily so, because not only the operation but also the anaesthesia went completely smoothly. A week of bed rest followed, which I took in my stride and spent a week in bed and actively resting without much difficulty. The vision of a flat stomach, which I will be happy to look back on, helped me to overcome everything and get through the recovery. My belly is still not completely "mine", but the healing process is standard and in a few months everything will be as I imagine.
"Well done!"
I still fondly remember the onset of the very first emotions when I first looked in the mirror. It was immediately clear to me that the operation had really been a success. I was overjoyed. In addition, I was surprised at how effective the procedure was in sculpting my waistline and the associated bust enhancement. I hadn't thought of that at all before the surgery. It was such an unexpected extra benefit.
"Mirror, mirror..."
I often now find myself much preferring to look at myself in the mirror when I'm getting dressed, and not having to pull my stomach in intensely to feel fine and confident in my clothes. The comments from my surroundings were also gratifying. They all marveled at the fact that I was supposedly somehow slimmer after Christmas. Several months after the procedure, I'm still so glad that the desire for a nicer belly was stronger than the fear of the procedure. And also for putting my body in the hands of true professionals who helped me to erase the marks of the years, the signs of time that just can't be stopped.

Maria's problem was a loosening of the abdominal wall due to an earlier delivery with subsequent flaccidity of the abdominal muscles and overgrowth of subcutaneous fat - so-called abdominal wall ptosis. The result was a bulging, sagging abdomen that made her unhappy. I recommended an abdominoplasty with a belly button shift. This surgery, which is performed under general anesthesia, is followed by a somewhat longer recovery period and the need to wear a compression abdominal belt for good wound healing and optimal surgical outcome. It is possible to start playing sports at the earliest 6-8 weeks after the procedure.
